SHIPPING POLICY
All orders made Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out in 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday
and Sunday will be processed and shipped out in 48 hours. All custom made and special request orders will
ship in 48 hours. If there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Respectfully, B&BCC does not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will make every effort to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product if you are unsatisfied. If there is an error with your order at the fault of B&BCC, your order will immediately be corrected.
